Anthony S. Bocchi (Associate - Hackensack) is an Associate
in the Litigation Department
in the Hackensack office. His areas of practice include commercial
litigation, general civil litigation and land use law. Mr.
Bocchi received his B.A. from Rutgers College and his J.D.
from Seton Hall School of Law. Prior to joining the firm,
he was an Associate at Wells, Jaworski & Liebman, LLP
in Paramus, and prior to that, Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable
Jonathan N. Harris, J.S.C., Law Division, Superior Court of
New Jersey.
During law school, Mr. Bocchi participated in Seton Hall
Law's Center for Social Justice Civil Litigation Clinic, where
he represented indigent clients through all phases of the
civil litigation process in matters involving consumer fraud,
civil rights, fair housing and other issues. Additionally,
Mr. Bocchi interned for United States Magistrate Judge Patty
Shwartz of the United States District Court, District of New
Jersey.
Mr. Bocchi is a graduate of the Justice Morris Pashman Inn
of Court and is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association.
He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the
United States District Court for the District of New Jersey,
and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
