Mark A. Fantin is an Associate in the Firm's Hackensack office.
He joined the Firm in the summer of 2007. Prior to joining
the Firm, he was an Associate at Robertson, Freilich, Bruno
& Cohen in Newark, and prior to that, a Judicial Law Clerk
in the New Jersey State Superior Court to the Honorable Daniel
P. Mecca, P.J.S.C. in the Civil Part, Law Division of the
Bergen Vicinage.
Mr. Fantin received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School
in 2005 and a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers College,
New Brunswick in 2001. During law school, Mr. Fantin clerked
at the Office of the New York State Attorney General in the
Investment Protection Bureau, where he worked on several high-profile
insurance and securities fraud investigations.
Mr. Fantin is a graduate of the Justice Morris Pashman Inn
of Court and has served as a Judge in the Vincent J. Apruzzese
Mock Trial Competition sponsored by the New Jersey State Bar
Association. Mr. Fantin is also a member of American Bar Association
(Member, Section of Science and Technology Law).
Mr. Fantin was admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey
in 2005 and the State of New York in 2006. Mr. Fantin is also
admitted to practice in the United States District Courts
for the Districts of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern
Districts of New York and the United States Tax Court.
