Mr. Feltman is a Partner and has been associated with the firm since 1995. He is based in the firm's Hackensack office. Mr. Feltman's practice areas include all aspects of commercial real estate involving sale, acquisition, development and financing. He also has extensive experience in commercial transactions, employment contracts and commercial litigation including Landlord/Tenant litigation. Mr. Feltman has extensive experience drafting and negotiating leases for shopping centers, offices and industrial buildings as well as radio tower and communications facilities sites.
Additionally, Mr. Feltman has extensive experience in the administration of estates involving all aspects of probate, will contests and matters before the Internal Revenue Service and the New Jersey Division of Taxation.
Mr. Feltman is a 1966 graduate of the Rutgers University and 1969 Boston University Law School.
He serves as general counsel to Paragon Federal Credit Union, handling all legal matters for that entity, including general contract work, regulatory matters, internet related issues and general employment matters. He acts as general counsel for Goldstein Realty (retail brokers), David Hirschman Realty Co. (office/industrial realtors); Command Web Offset Co., Shoprite Supermarket.
Mr. Feltman is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in New Jersey as well as the U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Supreme Court.
