Mr. Fiorenzo is a Senior Partner of the firm managing its litigation practice area. He is based in the firm's Hackensack office. Mr. Fiorenzo has been actively involved in all aspects of trial advocacy since his admission to the bar in 1980. He has extensive experience in all forms of commercial and tort litigation, appearing frequently before the courts in virtually every vicinage in New Jersey, as well as U.S. District Courts in both New Jersey and New York.
Mr. Fiorenzo has specialized in handling complex commercial and tort litigation spanning a wide spectrum of subject matters including corporate and partnership disputes, complex contract disputes, intellectual property matters, complex insurance coverage issues, land use matters, construction contract disputes, tort liability defense and probate litigation. He serves as litigation counsel to a number of different business entities.
In addition to his extensive trial experience, Mr. Fiorenzo also has extensive appellate experience. He has argued many cases successfully before the Superior Court-Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court. In addition, he has argued a number of matters before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Fiorenzo has been recognized by his peers in many ways. He was appointed a 'Trial Master' of the Morris Pashman Inns of Court, a program designed to teach young lawyers the art of trial advocacy. He has lectured extensively regarding various aspects of the trial advocacy process, including acting as an instructor in a number of Trial Advocacy Seminars given by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. He has served as a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey District Ethics Committee and was appointed by the Supreme Court as Chairman of the Supreme Court Fee Arbitration Committee. He also serves as Chairman of the General Equity Committee of the Bergen County Bar Association and has been a member of the Civil Practice and Procedure Committee.
Mr. Fiorenzo is a graduate of Rutgers College and Rutgers University School of Law, Newark, New Jersey. He has served as a trustee and officer of the Wyckoff Education Foundation. He has also served as a member of the Wyckoff Planning Board, Chairman of the Wyckoff Board of Parks and Recreation, and has been elected as a member of the Wyckoff Township Committee where he serves as the Township's Finance Chairman.
