Mary Anne McConeghy

Mary Anne McConeghy is a Senior Associate in the Hackensack office. Her areas of practice include commercial litigation and probate litigation.  Ms. McConeghy received her B.S. from the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business, University of Richmond, cum laude, and her J.D. from Seton Hall University, cum laude.  She clerked for the Honorable Kevin M. O’Halloran, Presiding Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate Parts.  Ms. McConeghy was a certified public accountant from 1988 to 1989.  She is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. She was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society at the University of Richmond.
