David Rubenstein is an associate attorney in the Litigation
Department in the Firm's Hackensack office. Mr. Rubenstein
received his B.A. from Tufts University and graduated Cum
Laude from the University of Miami School of Law where he
was the Executive Editor of the University of Miami Business
Law Review. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Rubenstein was
an associate with Sills Cummis & Gross, P.C. in Newark,
NJ and a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Garry S. Rothstadt,
J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey.
Mr. Rubenstein has a broad spectrum of experience in complex
commercial litigation. He has participated in numerous commercial
litigations involving corporate and partnership disputes,
complex contract disputes, intellectual property matters,
complex insurance coverage issues, construction contract disputes,
tort liability defense and product liability litigation. Mr.
Rubenstein has significant experience in drafting state and
federal legal briefs, appellate briefs, preparing for and
conducting witness examinations at trial, depositions, conducting
discovery and otherwise participating in all aspects and phases
of preparing a case for trial.
Mr. Rubenstein is admitted to practice in the State of New
Jersey, the United States District Court of New Jersey, the
State of New York, the United States Southern District of
New York, the United States Eastern District of New York,
and the State of Florida.
