Mr. Zenn is a Partner and has been associated with the firm since 1985. He is based in the firm's Hackensack office. He represents clients in real property, banking and corporate matters and transactions. He has represented lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial mortgage loans and asset based loans. He has prosecuted numerous land use applications before planning boards and boards of adjustment, and has been involved in various land use litigation matters.
Mr. Zenn's experience includes condominium development and virtually every aspect of environmental permitting such as wetlands, stream encroachment and waterfront development.
Mr. Zenn is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Washington College of Law at American University.
He currently serves as Counsel to the Planning Board of Tenafly, N.J. He is also Counsel to the Endowment Foundation of the UJA Federation of Bergen County and North Hudson, Inc., and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the United Jewish Community Advocacy Program in Bergen County and North Hudson.
Mr. Zenn is a member of the New Jersey and Washington, D.C. Bars.
